Role Description We are seeking a talented, fast, and dedicated Remote Web Developer & CMS Specialist to join our team on a Full-Time basis. In this role, you will work 100% remotely from your home country (Open to applicants from Pakistan, India, Egypt, etc.) as our core technical support. You will be responsible for building, designing, and maintaining websites and online stores using modern platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Web & E-commerce Development: Build and customize responsive websites and online stores using CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and Zoho Sites). - UI/UX & Graphics: Design clean, modern layouts and web graphics using tools like Figma or Canva. - SEO & Set-Up: Configure essential On-Page SEO, and integrate basic tracking tools (Google Analytics/Search Console). - Daily Collaboration: Stay available during agreed hours for continuous task execution and updates with our Dubai coordinator. Qualifications - Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience building websites/stores (A portfolio of live links is required). - Skills: Good proficiency in CMS customization, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, graphic design layouts, and basic SEO. - Communication: Good business English (written and spoken) for clear daily updates. - Personality: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to deliver tasks on time without micromanagement. • Own multi-phase full-stack product capabilities from requirements and technical design through staged rollout, measurement, and ongoing operation. • Design and evolve scalable web experiences, services, APIs, and data models for Browse, Navigate, Preview, App Shell, window chrome, and shared web capabilities. • Make architecture and scope tradeoffs that balance customer needs, delivery constraints, reliability, performance, security, privacy, and maintainability. • Improve observability, testing, incident readiness, and on-call health, and lead debugging and production-risk decisions when systems fail. • Use approved AI and automation tools for implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and operational workflows; validate outputs and standardize practices that preserve engineering quality. • Align cross-team dependencies and create leverage through reusable components and services, design and code reviews, runbooks, technical documentation, and mentoring.

• Lead the design and implementation of groundbreaking web experiences, translating mobile features to the web with world-class UX. • Drive technical strategy, define engineering standards/best practices, mentor engineers, and establish the technical vision for the web platform. • Manage technical debt, champion code quality, and lead architectural evolution. • Design, modify, and develop backend services that power web products, ensuring systems scale and championing system reliability, performance, and observability.
