• Design, develop, and implement new algorithms and tools within our monitoring software platform • Conduct routine and non-routine testing on existing algorithms to identify bugs and areas for optimization • Document algorithm implementation, user requirements, and specifications • Follow established patterns and build upon existing models • Apply structured, scientific problem-solving approaches to technical challenges • Contribute to the understanding and implementation of complex system designs • Estimate time required to complete familiar tasks and projects accurately • Communicate effectively and collaborate well within a team environment • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams through clear communication and strong interpersonal skills • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team knowledge sharing • Use version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools as part of the development workflow
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science or like filed.
- 2-5 years hands on experience in C# and Python
- Project-based software development experience
- Familiarity with algorithm development and software testing practices
