Role Description Network Engineers at Digitech are responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s enterprise network infrastructure, including corporate office environments, data centers, and wide area networks (WAN). This role plays a critical part in ensuring network reliability, performance, and security while supporting business operations and strategic initiatives. The Network Engineer serves as a key technical resource for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network-related issues in production environments, often under time-sensitive conditions. They are also responsible for planning and executing network upgrades, system enhancements, and new deployments in a manner that minimizes disruption and ensures service continuity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Perform full lifecycle network engineering activities including planning, architecture design, systems analysis, implementation, configuration, scripting, administration, and ongoing documentation of network infrastructure and processes. - Analyze existing network systems, configurations, and operational processes to identify inefficiencies or risks, and recommend improvements to enhance network capacity, performance, scalability, and reliability. - Manage and execute assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements; maintain accountability for deliverables, timelines, and project documentation. - Effectively manage time, tools, and technical resources to support both daily operational responsibilities and project-based work while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. - Adhere to and actively support company policies, procedures, and standards related to security, compliance, and business ethics; ensure all network activities align with organizational and regulatory requirements. - Maintain open, proactive, and consistent communication with team leadership, cross-functional engineering teams, and key stakeholders; provide clear technical updates, documentation, and recommendations as needed. - Interact with internal teams and stakeholders in a professional, courteous, and service-oriented manner; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality support. - Monitor network performance and respond to incidents by quickly identifying root causes, triaging issues, and implementing effective resolutions to minimize downtime and business impact. - Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7/365 support for critical network incidents and emergencies, ensuring high availability of network services. - Perform scheduled after-hours maintenance, upgrades, and system changes to minimize impact to business operations while ensuring successful implementation and validation of updates. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides; share knowledge with team members to support operational continuity. - Additional job duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems with telecommunications/security focus, or similar curriculum. - JNCIA, CCNA, or any other equivalent vendor network associate level certification. - 1-3 years of equivalent work experience. - Knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, OSI model, and other networking fundamentals. - Familiarity with deployment and troubleshooting of Internet and Ethernet circuits, VRF-aware routing, IPSEC VPN tunnels, and dynamic routing protocols like BGP and OSPF in a corporate network environment. - Experience with troubleshooting and managing policy for an enterprise next-generation firewall (NGFW) platform. (Fortinet preferred). - Experience with various enterprise-level operations software packages, such as ticketing, monitoring, logging, and graphing systems. - Knowledge of Linux/UNIX/BSD operating systems, including usage in a GUI-less server capacity. - Strong organizational skills, including effective use of time and equipment to accomplish assigned projects and managing multiple concurrent tasks. - Strong written and verbal communications skills, with ability to interrelate and communicate with people within the workplace. - Excellent problem solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. - Able to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation. - Ability to conduct research into issues as required. - Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data center network architectures. • Lead deployment and configuration of Cisco Nexus (2K/5K/7K/9K), FEX, VDC, VPC, and VXLAN technologies. • Configure and manage Check Point and Palo Alto firewalls, including policy management, VPNs, and threat prevention. • Deploy and manage Cisco ISE for network access control and identity-based security. • Implement and support Cisco Wireless solutions and Cisco DNAC for automation and assurance. • Design and maintain MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and other routing protocols in enterprise environments. • Integrate and manage Cisco CUCM for unified communications. • Deploy and operate Cisco Viptela SD-WAN solutions. • Work with Arista and HP Aruba switches and wireless infrastructure. • Create and maintain High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD), network diagrams, and documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient network operations. • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.

• Serve as the senior technical authority for JAX's enterprise network architecture • Design, modernize, and guide implementation of complex network architectures • Lead architecture planning for major network transformation efforts • Evaluate current-state network architecture and develop improvement roadmaps • Act as a working architect by contributing directly to design, configuration review, and troubleshooting • Provide expert-level guidance on routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking • Partner with various teams to ensure network architecture supports organizational goals

Role Description Acts as the primary resource for assigned, high profile providers or groups (i.e. local, individual providers, small groups/systems) to establish, oversee, and maintain positive relationships by assisting with or responding to complex issues regarding: - Policies and procedures - Plan design - Contract language - Service, claims or compensation issues - Provider education needs Optimizes interactions with assigned providers and internal business partners to establish and maintain productive, professional relationships. Monitors service capabilities and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure that the needs of constituents are met and that escalated issues related to: - Claims payment - Contract interpretation or parameters - Accuracy of provider contract or demographic information Supports or assists with operational activities that may include: - Database management - Contract coordination Performs credentialing support activities as needed. Educates providers as needed to ensure compliance with: - Contract policies and parameters - Plan design - Compensation process - Technology, policies, and procedures Meets with key providers periodically to ensure service levels are meeting expectations. Manages the development of agenda, validates materials, and facilitates external provider meetings. May collaborate cross-functionally on the implementation of large provider systems to manage cost drivers and execute specific cost initiatives to support business objectives and to identify trends and enlist assistance in problem resolution. Conducts standard provider recruitment, contracting, or recontracting activities and assists with more complex contracting and discussions as needed by business segment. May provide guidance and training to less experienced team members.
