Role Description A WorldStrides Higher Education Instructor is hired on a per-term basis to run online courses for experiential learning program participants. This is a seasonal, remote role, that will be contracted for courses between May 1-August 31. The Instructor will receive a syllabus and all course materials prior to the start of the course. The Academics team will provide detailed and timely feedback on course adjustments and timeline modifications. The Academics team is ready to assist, answer questions, and address any course concerns for the duration of the course(s). Responsibilities: - Participate in a short training to familiarize yourself with course content and our LMS (Schoology) - Maintain regular communication with the students via weekly updates, and checking email/Schoology messages daily - Grade all student work within 3 business days of submission - Contact students with missing assignments reminding them of past due work. • Design and develop a range of learning content including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, video scripts, and assessments • Take existing briefs, slide decks, and source materials and transform them into dynamic, engaging learning experiences that drive real behavior change • Partner with the enablement team to translate content and curriculum strategy into actionable, field-ready learning assets, bridging the gap between strategic vision and finished training materials • Partner closely with subject matter experts across sales, product marketing, and revenue operations to gather, structure, and validate content • Build courses in Articulate Rise, creating interactive, visually compelling modules optimized for a modern learner experience • Concept, script, and produce microvideos that deliver focused, bite-sized learning on key topics, from product walkthroughs to sales skill reinforcement • Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, or similar) to ensure all programs are grounded in clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes • Build and manage content in our LMS, ensuring a seamless and intuitive learner experience • Create interactive and scenario-based learning experiences that reflect real selling situations our reps encounter in the field • Develop certification programs, quizzes, and knowledge checks to assess comprehension and reinforce key behaviors • Maintain and update existing content as products, messaging, and processes evolve • Collaborate with the broader enablement team to support live training sessions with well-designed materials, slide decks, and facilitation guides • Track content engagement and learning outcomes, using data to continuously improve program effectiveness

• Design, develop, and maintain the training curriculum and knowledge resources for TM App Teachers and TM Teachers and national offices • Build and maintain training courses, help centers, and training materials • Support national offices through onboarding, helping stakeholders stay aligned and self-sufficient • Write presentation scripts and produce/record training videos • Own and maintain help center content for both audiences • Update training materials alongside product releases • Support national offices adopting MFI tools • Own teacher communications for the app-teacher audience • Build relationships and trust with a multicultural group of national stakeholders
