Requirements - A relevant Master’s degree in a Commerce-related field. - At least 3 years’ experience in teaching and assessment in higher education. - Demonstrable experience in assessment design and moderation. - Strong understanding of CHE standards, NQF levels and HE regulatory frameworks. - Excellent analytical, academic writing and communication skills. - Ability to provide impartial, developmental and evidence-based feedback. - Access to a reliable laptop and internet connection. Added Advantage - Doctorate in the relevant discipline. - Experience moderating for private higher education institutions. - Familiarity with distance learning and online teaching environments. - Prior involvement in external higher education quality assurance processes.
