• Develop comprehensive media plans: brief, channel strategy, budget allocation, KPI definition, schedule, and media placement spreadsheet. • Create, set up, manage and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (with emphasis on Search), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads. • Manage campaign budgets rigorously: pacing, cost control and real-time allocation adjustments. • Prepare creative briefs and hashtag sheets: guide copywriting, design and account teams with language guidelines, creative formats, CTAs, landing pages and platform-specific variations. • Approve the cadence of creatives and assets before final client sign-off, ensuring alignment with the media strategy. • Build weekly reports with critical analysis, actionable insights and clear recommendations. • Monitor the market and proactively propose new channels and formats — online and offline — supported by comparative data that justify the recommendations. • Serve as the technical and strategic media point of reference for the client (decision-maker), copywriting, creative team and account management.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in performance campaigns focused on conversion (leads, sales, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, with deep expertise in Search: campaign structuring, ad groups, keywords, extensions and smart bidding.
- Advanced operation of Meta Ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to build complete media plans in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Data analysis and reporting: Looker Studio, GA4 or equivalents.
- Campaign budget management with pacing control and investment efficiency.
- Ability to guide creative and copy teams with concise, technically grounded briefs.
- Experience with programmatic media (DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk or similar).
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with tag management (GTM) and conversion tracking.

Role Description The medical records analyst is primarily responsible for review of health information. - Analyze protected health information according to project specific rules. - Participates in the Intake Process of records. - Assigns ICD-9/10-CM codes according to the guidelines as defined by the AMA. - Discusses project related discrepancies with Team Lead(s). - Maintain coding credentials and continuing education or possess and maintain a current and comprehensive understanding of coding rules, changes, and guidelines as defined by the AMA. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in abstracting and ICD-9/ICD-10 coding of general acute hospital (inpatient and outpatient) and physician medical records by applying ICD-9/ICD-10 Coding Guidelines for inpatient and outpatient settings and related Official Coding Clinics. - Previous RADV (Risk Adjustment Data Validation) experience. - ICD-9 / ICD-10 CM proficiency required. - Knowledge in anatomy and physiology, pathology of disease and medical terminology required. - Ability to write appropriate correspondence and effectively communicate with other members of NS personnel, clients, and customers as necessary. - Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and use professional judgment as detailed in the AHIMA Code of Ethics. - Passing score of 90% on an administered coder assessment must be achieved before further consideration. - Current certification through AAPC as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or current certification through AHIMA as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
