Media Analyst – Performance and Planning

Agência F2F

• Develop comprehensive media plans: brief, channel strategy, budget allocation, KPI definition, schedule, and media placement spreadsheet. • Create, set up, manage and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (with emphasis on Search), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads. • Manage campaign budgets rigorously: pacing, cost control and real-time allocation adjustments. • Prepare creative briefs and hashtag sheets: guide copywriting, design and account teams with language guidelines, creative formats, CTAs, landing pages and platform-specific variations. • Approve the cadence of creatives and assets before final client sign-off, ensuring alignment with the media strategy. • Build weekly reports with critical analysis, actionable insights and clear recommendations. • Monitor the market and proactively propose new channels and formats — online and offline — supported by comparative data that justify the recommendations. • Serve as the technical and strategic media point of reference for the client (decision-maker), copywriting, creative team and account management.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in performance campaigns focused on conversion (leads, sales, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
