We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S. About the Role We are hiring a Senior Fund Accountant to support and help lead accounting and financial reporting across Ondo’s tokenized products (OUSG, USDY, OGM). This role will own significant portions of daily accounting, close processes, audit support, and system infrastructure while partnering closely with the Controller to scale the function. This is a high-responsibility role in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in the details, managing complex transaction flows, and exercising judgment in new or ambiguous situations. This individual should be capable of stepping in to oversee the accounting function if needed. Responsibilities Portfolio & Trade Accounting - Oversee daily NAV validation and reconciliation processes across multiple product structures. - Review and book high-volume trade activity across broker and on-chain systems. - Perform and review cash, position, pricing, and corporate action reconciliations. - Support management fee, servicing fee, and expense allocations.Investigate and resolve breaks in coordination with Investment Operations and Engineering. Financial Close & Reporting - Own key components of the monthly and quarterly close. - Prepare and review journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation. - Reconcile subledgers to the GL and analyze variances. - Assist in preparation of financial statements and investor reporting packages. - Support enhanced reporting standards associated with external audits and public disclosures. Audit, Controls & Regulatory Support - Lead preparation of audit support schedules and coordinate directly with external auditors. - Strengthen documentation standards and internal control processes. - Support evolving reporting requirements, including enhanced audit procedures and SEC-facing disclosures. - Help formalize monthly close, review, and control checklists. Systems & Infrastructure - Play a central role in Geneva implementation and ongoing system configuration. - Validate data feeds from broker, OMS, and on-chain sources. - Design and document scalable accounting workflows. - Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual reconciliation risk. Cross-Functional Representation - Participate in product scoping and execution discussions where accounting impact is relevant. - Assess and articulate accounting implications of new features (e.g., margin, derivatives, structured tokens). - Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Investment Ops, and Engineering to ensure accounting considerations are incorporated early in product design. Requirements - 4–8 years of fund accounting or financial reporting experience within investment management. - Strong knowledge of GAAP, fund structures, and financial instruments. - Experience with NAV calculations, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. - Experience working through annual audits and preparing detailed support schedules. - Comfort operating in complex, evolving environments with limited reliance on external fund administrators. - Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage competing priorities. - Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency. Nice to Haves - Experience with Geneva or similar fund accounting systems. - Background in hedge funds, private equity, or alternative asset managers. - Experience supporting SEC reporting companies or enhanced audit environments. - Exposure to digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or tokenized financial products. - Experience building accounting processes in scaling organizations. • Lead technical accounting analysis and documentation for complex transactions under US GAAP. • Prepare accounting memos supporting positions on areas such as revenue recognition (ASC 606), stock-based compensation (ASC 718), business combinations & goodwill impairment (ASC 805 / 350), investments and fair value measurements (ASC 820), lease accounting (ASC 842), debt, equity, and complex financing transactions. • Partner with Legal and Corporate Development on transaction structuring and accounting implications. • Support external audits and serve as primary contact for technical accounting topics. • Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal documentation. • Review complex journal entries and reconciliations. • Identify process improvements to strengthen close and reporting cycles. • Support new system implementations and process automation.

• Lead and execute month-end close activities, including: • Preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations across key balance sheet and P&L areas • International consolidation support, including review of local books, topside entries, and foreign currency impacts • Preparation of monthly flux/variance analysis and follow-up on unexpected movements • Own the accounting for variable compensation plans, including the assessment and capitalization of commissions in accordance with ASC 340-40, preparation of capitalization entries, and ongoing amortization and rollforwards • Oversee prepaid and other deferral accounting including review of contracts and invoices to determine appropriate capitalization vs. expense treatment • Support accounting for internally developed software, including partnering with Engineering to identify and track qualifying projects and costs, perform capitalization assessments, and maintain related schedules and amortization. • Partner with FP&A, Revenue Operations, Payroll, People, and other business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Perform variance analysis, investigate discrepancies, and deliver insights that support decision-making. • Prepare audit-ready documentation and act as a key point of contact for external auditors (Big 4). • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and tooling to streamline close and control processes • Drive ad hoc projects, system enhancements, and process transformation initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
