IT Systems Technician Level I

Role Description SSA Holdings is looking for a talented IT Systems Technician Level I to join our team! The IT Systems Technician I will be responsible for providing technical support for the ticketing system. This role involves handling support requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system functionality. The IT Systems Technician I will work closely with other IT Systems staff and end-users to ensure that the ticketing system is running efficiently and effectively. - Provide technical support for the ticketing system. - Monitor and troubleshoot issues with the ticketing system. - Manage user accounts and access permissions within the ticketing system. - Respond to support requests in a timely manner and escalate issues as needed. - Provide end-user training on the ticketing system and related applications. - Maintain system documentation and update it as needed. - Work with other IT Ticketing Systems staff to ensure that the ticketing system is integrated with other systems and applications as needed. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to ticketing systems and applications. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in computer science or a related field preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role. - Experience with ticketing systems is a plus. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment.
