AI Enablement Analyst
SouthState Bank
• Supports the AI Enablement Manager in driving Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption across SouthState Bank. • Handles day-to-day coordination, tracking, content, and reporting to keep AI enablement running. • Manages the intake pipeline, prepares governance materials, maintains the AI registry, and supports training and communications. • Assembles AI use case packages and documentation for review; schedules meetings and captures minutes. • Administers the AI use case intake pipeline in SharePoint and ServiceNow—logging, tracking, and triaging incoming requests. • Maintains and updates AI Central, including resources, FAQs, and content calendar.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in an analyst, coordinator, or administrative support role, preferably involving technology, data, or process coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365; exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools preferred.
- Experience maintaining trackers, documentation, or reporting for a team or program.
- Preferred: Microsoft 365/Copilot fundamentals certification; Power BI or ServiceNow familiarity a plus.
