• Demonstrate accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and technical accuracy of assigned tasks. • Provide technical guidance and leadership, develop talent through mentorship, and act as the point-of-contact between your engineering team and both internal and external customers. • Lead I&C System design and development from conceptual through preliminary and detailed design, fabrication, assembly, production test, validation test as well as site installation, start-up test, and commissioning. • Collaborate with other disciplines to define and achieve functional, performance, reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) targets and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). • Perform, lead, or manage design and related technical scope for hand-off to internal or external suppliers for implementation of all applicable system and component requirements, interfaces, and functions.

• Lead a variety of projects including technical evaluations and analyses in the area of Anticipated Operational Occurrences, Anticipated Transients without Scram, Reactor Heat Balance, and Thermal Hydraulic Fuel Channel Analyses • Deliver products at a consistently high and sustainable level in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures, and regulatory agency guidelines • Interface with a variety of individuals with diverse backgrounds • Direct customer-facing opportunities through training, deliverables, and collaboration • Create and/or improve cutting-edge automation and methods • Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, and calculations • Perform technical verification of engineering technical deliverables • Provide engineering expertise, guidance, and technical mentoring • Communicate and present complex technical issues to internal and external customers and recommend solutions • Implement continual improvement of transient analysis work processes

• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to build the ML training pipelines that process massive 3D datasets, orchestrate model training, and enable continuous model improvements. • Streamline the ML lifecycle, from data labeling and experimentation to deployment, by optimizing internal ML components and reducing technical debt. • Develop and maintain cloud-native systems and tooling (GCP/Kubernetes) that support Dandy’s 3D dental products in a secure, well-tested, and high-performing manner. • Write clean, maintainable code and tests that set the standard for our internal best practices. • Partner with stakeholders across the Engineering organization to influence long-term architectural goals and maintain a high-quality bar.

• Create design tools for CAD/CAM software, ensuring performance and usability. • Provide CAD/CAM-specific technical knowledge to a developer team currently lacking this expertise. • Support the development of online CAD/CAM platforms and browser-based apps, helping scale solutions to production. • Estimate time and provide progress updates (at least 3x weekly) to the team lead. • Take initiative in problem solving and supporting a small but growing team, helping close key knowledge gaps in CAD/CAM tool development.
