Senior Digital Services Specialist

Location: Must be US citizen and reside with the US Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 As a Senior Digital Services Specialist, you will handle day-to-day fulfillment while supporting equitable, reliable, and accessible digital services for our clients and partners. You act as the primary contact for Digital Client Services requests, pulling from and managing Client Services Team and Production Team resources when additional capacity is required. Additionally, you will develop relationships with technical and client service counterparts at TargetSmart’s distribution partners and troubleshoot delivery issues with those partners, as required. In this role, you will oversee, manage, and improve the process of maintaining and updating TargetSmart’s syndicated audiences, including dynamic EAV segments, the standard segments catalog, and other non-custom segments, in coordination with the Data Build team. Document all Digital processes and conduct internal trainings and coordination for Client Services and Production. Continue to develop skills and knowledge as a client liaison and within the areas of sales and leadership to improve as a Digital Specialist. Responsibilities: - Provide Tier 2 Support for Digital Audience requests and secondary support to the TargetSmart Media Buying Platform   - Manage training coverage for new clients on the MyTargetSmart site and be able to support training for the Media Buying Platform  - Oversee and ensure delivery of all digital orders through the onboarding of new clients and submitting, tracking, and monitoring data requests and processing jobs   - Coordinate communications between Client Services / Sales / Production / Data Products and other relevant teams regarding digital operations and training  - Act as secondary contact for Media Buying Platform requests and support other team members with Digital Audience requests  - Develop relationships with technical and client service counterparts at TargetSmart’s distribution partners and troubleshoot delivery issues with those partners when needed  - Manage coverage expectations for the support of digital orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure available resources to meet those coverage expectations  - Identify places for improvement to TargetSmart’s digital operations and work with the appropriate teams across the company to implement those improvements, as well as document any improvements where necessary  - Maintain up-to-date documentation of all Digital processes.  - Assist with updating TargetSmart’s syndicated audiences, including dynamic EAV segments, the standard segments catalog, and other non-custom segments, in coordination with internal teams.     - Support the Digital team to ensure reporting and billing are being processed  - Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure TargetSmart standard segments and custom segments are updated and delivered on a regular basis.  - Continue to develop skills and knowledge as a client liaison and within areas of sales and leadership to improve as a Digital Specialist

Job Requirements

  • Experience working with political data (i.e., voter files, model scores, donor lists, membership lists, etc.)
  • Experience with digital advertising apps and platforms like Facebook and LiveRamp
  • Experience working with at least one of TargetSmart’s ListBuilder, SmartVAN, other Voter Activation Network (VAN) software, or other similar online data querying software
  • 2-3 years’ experience working with Democratic Campaigns or Progressive Non-Profits, PACs, Polling Firms, or Political Consultants
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems requiring quick turnaround times
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and see them through to completion
  • Attention to detail and solid communication skills
  • Nice to have skills and qualifications:
  • Experience working with political data (i.e., voter files, model scores, donor lists, membership lists, etc.)
  • Experience with digital advertising apps and platforms like Facebook and LiveRamp
  • Experience working with at least one of TargetSmart’s ListBuilder, SmartVAN, other Voter Activation Network (VAN) software, or other similar online data querying software
  • Understanding of the voting process and political district boundaries
