Role Description Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is seeking an Appian Developer. This is a full-time remote position. - Work with key Federal and Commercial client stakeholders to re-engineer business processes and translate those requirements to BPM code. - Collaborate closely with Agency Business Owner, Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and Federal Technical and other stakeholders to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in case management. - Actively participate and provide inputs in major design decisions. - Design and develop Appian applications and provide customer demos. - Incorporate the functional requirements into the Appian business flows using Process Models, Rules, CDTs, and Web Service Integration. - Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies. - Contribute to the BPM and Case Management practice at A&S by sharing best practices. - Support user testing business transition activities. - Follow Federal standards for Digital Services and US Web Design Standards. - Complete additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with five (5) plus years of hands-on full stack experience developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies, preferably in federal space. - Senior Appian Developer (L2) Certification. - Combination of Appian Developer, Appian Administrator, and/or equivalent experience. - Agile/SAFe and other related developer certifications and/or equivalent experience. - AWS experience. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Appian.
