Job Requirements

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closing, for large enterprise clients across North America.
  • Consultative Selling: Partner with organizations to identify pain points and offer tailored Google Cloud solutions to boost productivity and ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and leadership to deliver comprehensive proposals and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships, moving beyond transactional sales to become a trusted advisor.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Essential Experience:
  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospecting and engaging with leads to build a robust sales pipeline for a defined territory.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Trusted Advisory: Ability to act as a "trusted advisor" by articulating business value, ROI, and technical benefits tailored to specific enterprise pain points.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and long-term client growth.
  • Proven Executive Engagement: Selling directly to C-suite and senior-level decision-makers within organizations.
  • Desirable Experience:
  • Cloud platform experience
  • Familiarity with AI technologies
  • 10+ years of experience selling into Retail, CPG, Financial Services, Healthcare, MSSP/MSSP
