Senior Instructional Designer
EfficientVision
• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and/or iSpring Suite • Publish courses in SCORM (1.2 / SCORM 2004) and ensure proper LMS tracking • Configure tracking for completion, progress, quiz scores, and time spent • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into effective learning experiences • Review and test courses inside the LMS to ensure functionality and quality
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design
- Strong experience with at least one major authoring tool (Storyline 360, Rise 360, Captivate, or iSpring)
- Solid understanding of SCORM standards and LMS behavior
- Experience exporting and uploading SCORM packages to LMS platforms
- Ability to build quizzes, interactions, and assessments
- Portfolio of eLearning samples
- Fluent in English
- Flexible and good communication
