• Lead development of a modular, tenant-configurable mobile app with clean, testable code. • Architect and implement the Firebase Backend-for-Frontend using TypeScript/Node.js Cloud Functions. • Route authenticated user requests to Azure financial services via Cloud Functions. • Secure HTTP Cloud Functions to catch Azure webhooks and update Firestore state. • Design high-performance, denormalized Firestore schemas for real-time UI updates; manage Firebase Auth and enforce strict Firestore/Storage security rules. • Manage Firebase Cloud Storage for user document handling (KYC/statements) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications. • Serve as the technical lead for mobile and BFF platforms, driving scalability, security, and maintainability. • Maintain JSON/asset theme engines for white-labeling and use Terraform (IaC) to automate isolated Firebase project deployment. • Build a plug-and-play feature architecture so tenants can easily enable or disable specific app capabilities. • Define coding standards, state management patterns (Riverpod/Bloc), and conduct code reviews to mentor mid/junior engineers. • Maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Codemagic) and collaborate with Product/Azure teams on API contracts and technical roadmaps.

Role Description Who You’ll Work With - Collaborate with other engineers in Engineering Productivity (EngProd) to design, build, scale, and operate systems for Arista’s development teams. - Utilize industry-standard systems like Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Grafana, Spinnaker, MySQL, ElasticSearch, Google Cloud, and Varnish. - Work with internal systems built to automate CI/CD, testing, analysis, and visualization. - Focus on observability as a cornerstone of a stable system, ensuring monitoring and visualization of tooling and infrastructure. Qualifications - Minimum 4+ years commercial experience as a DevOps / SRE Engineer. - Solid experience with Jenkins and GitHub; understanding of the Atlassian stack (Confluence/Jira/Bamboo/Bitbucket). - UNIX / Linux systems administration (preferably RedHat/CentOS). - Scripting with Python or Bash or experience with at least one high-level language (e.g., Go, C++). - Experience with containerization and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with CI/CD orchestration and software configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Salt, Chef). - Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Working knowledge/experience with Makefile/make.
