Senior Product Manager

• Define the AI-driven product vision and long-term direction for Sophea Nous • Own and continuously refine the product roadmap • Analyze market trends and customer workflows • Identify and validate high-impact enterprise use cases • Drive a rigorous product discovery and validation process • Lead the strategy and execution of integrations with key enterprise platforms • Align and inspire Engineering, AI, Design, and GTM teams

Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Genuine fluency with agent workflows and RAG-based systems
  • Evidence of owning a product area end-to-end
  • Direct enterprise customer discovery experience
  • Strong written communication and ability to write specs for engineering
  • Comfort operating in a small, technical, engineering-driven team
