Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale healthcare and technology initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in driving projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver high-impact results aligned with business objectives. - Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex initiatives, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, and budget. - Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and presentations. - Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics using project management tools. - Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and escalating when necessary. - Oversee project budgets and resource planning, ensuring financial alignment and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with governance standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines (including HIPAA). - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, risks, and change requests. - Partner with stakeholders to analyze challenges and recommend effective solutions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. - Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field. - 5-7 years of project management experience. - Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects independently. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). Requirements - Master's degree in a related field (preferred). - PMP, Six Sigma, or similar project management certification (or in progress). - Experience working within healthcare systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracts.
