• Leads and oversees the healthcare quality team by setting strategic goals, and driving initiatives to improve patient outcomes and safety • Collaborates with clinical staff, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement programs and protocols • Analyzes healthcare data, identifies trends and areas for improvement, and ensures compliance with quality standards and regulations • Develops tactical and operational quality improvement plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation • Ensures that healthcare quality standards and regulations are met by monitoring and evaluating the performance of healthcare services, programs, and processes • Identifies improvement areas within healthcare processes, systems, and operations, and works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives • Assesses and interprets data related to healthcare quality metrics, outcomes, and performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement • Collects and analyzes healthcare project data to measure outcomes, identify variations, and track progress toward quality improvement goals • Collaborates with various stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, pharmacists, and other internal teams to facilitate the execution of quality improvement initiatives • Promotes patient-centered care by involving patients and families in quality improvement efforts, encouraging their participation, gathering feedback, and incorporating their perspectives into decision-making processes • Leads performance improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall healthcare quality, reducing errors, and improving operational efficiency • Participates in committees and work groups focused on healthcare quality and process improvement methodologies

• Manage project preconstruction including EPC bids and supervision of engineering design • Responsible for the overall delivery of the project within budget, schedule, and quality requirements; while maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution • Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members • Conduct regular project meetings to identify and address any issues or risks • Manage engineering and procurement teams to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and materials • Review and take ownership of critical path project schedules for construction; along with aligning with company and financing requirements • Create detailed project budgets, managing cash flow, analyzing costs vs. benefits, and ensuring the project meets financial goals set forth by Stage Gate approval process • Produce project level reporting deliverables at required intervals as set forth by management. • Assist in the negotiation of EPC contract amounts and contract terms • Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar systems by turn-key EPC, ensuring adherence to safety, health and environmental standards • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and key deliverables to internal teams, management, and financing partners • Manage Utility interconnection processes after execution of Interconnection Agreement to align with project requirements • Coordinate with financing parties, including Independent or third-party engineering needs and deliverables

• Collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans, forecast upcoming work, and allocate resources • Work as liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners who may touch an assigned account/project • Ensure that proper forecasting is being done for all projects on assigned account(s) • Manage effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts • Develop timelines and advise on estimates; manage projects to remain on time and budget; flag timing and budget concerns to course-correct early on in process • Work with Creative Services Manager to manage and plan creative resources • Work with Business Leadership partners to create and manage estimates and budgets • Communicate openly and constructively with all departments, providing continuous status updates • Take ownership of and enforce agency processes by providing meaningful feedback to all teams • Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, including systems and/or software recommendations • Foster positive relationships with agency teams through tactful communication • Provide meaningful performance input for other employees in all departments • Maintain a high-level attention to detail • Seek out additional opportunities to expand experience and cultivate expertise • Perform other duties as assigned

• Prepare property development / feasibility analysis for both sites, covering zoning, FAR, setbacks, and entitlement constraints • Manage the permitting process through both jurisdictions: submittals, plan check responses, and ongoing coordination with planning and building departments • Proactively flag risks or delays and keep the project team informed of status • Join a weekly consulting call to report status and advise on permitting strategy
