Account Manager

Study Group

• Managing a portfolio of partner agents • Building and maintaining relationships with agents • Achieving new student enrolment and profit goals • Development & execution of sales account plans • Pipeline Management – Applicant Generation and Conversion • Working alongside product sales and marketing to understand market trends and opportunities • Managing partner network and ensuring adherence to SLAs • Recruiting new agents and onboarding them • Representing Study Group at exhibition and recruitment events • Identification of partner growth opportunities and risk profile • High quality product and process training for agents • Monitoring competitor activity for competitive awareness and analysis • Creation & execution of a Sales Action Plan with partner universities

Job Requirements

  • Native country Speaker & Fluent in English
  • Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling
  • Computer literate
  • Familiar to use CRM and data analysis tools like Sales Force, Power BI, etc.
  • Familiar with student recruitment in local market
  • Familiar with Agents in local market
  • Be knowledgeable of market demand and trends
  • B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of international education systems
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, e.g. Power BI
  • Cold calling experience preferred
