Role Description SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Data Centers who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data centers and high-performance AI factories. In this role, you will work closely with an exceptional and fully integrated staff of in-house engineering and architecture teams to ensure that these critical projects meet industry standards from scope development to commissioning and start-up. - Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases, ensuring effective team development, coordination, and performance. - Manage client relationships to exceed expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery. - Define project scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align team capabilities with project needs. - Execute projects within approved budget, funding, and schedule, in accordance with the Project Execution Plan and established procedures. - Oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. - Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and keep leadership informed of emerging issues. - Facilitate change management by aligning with clients on scope, timing, and process for variations. - Coordinate meetings, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure proper communication across all stakeholders. - Approve and issue project documents, monitor progress, and generate client reports. - Manage invoicing, review financial reports, expedite receivables, and support cash flow tracking, supported by the accounting staff. - Manage contracts for external consultants and services, supported by corporate procurement group. - Mentor project managers, support project audits, and address feedback and corrective actions. - Assist in developing marketing presentations and represent the firm in new business opportunities. Identify new business opportunities. - Develop qualification and fee proposals for pursuits. - Travel as needed for coordination, training, or client engagement. Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture, or additional 4 years of experience in the Engineering or Construction field in lieu of technical degree. - At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Engineering and Construction. - Proven experience managing the design or construction of greenfield data center projects, preferably within an engineering consulting environment, is required. - Advance knowledge of contract management, pre-construction, renovations, demolition, new construction building systems/components and technology, and construction administration. - Experience with various disciplines, trades, and systems related to complex industrial facilities, with an emphasis on full project delivery. - Experience in the execution of multi-office projects with remote teams. - Strong people leadership skills along with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. - Strong understanding of engineering principles and industry standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated business development capabilities, characterized by a strong customer-centric mindset, a high degree of professional enthusiasm, and a sustained commitment to identifying, cultivating, and advancing new business opportunities. - Ability to travel to project locations for short-term visits to client sites. - Valid driver’s license and passport for potential project-related international travel. • Assisting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials. • Coordinating study activities, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection. • Supporting the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents. • Participating in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and regulatory submissions. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.

• Own campaign execution from kickoff through launch: build the plan and drive delivery across multiple concurrent assets and deadlines. • Lead campaign planning syncs: confirm dependencies, validate timing, and pressure-test feasibility before timelines are finalized. • Build and maintain Asana campaign boards and templates: tasks, owners, dependencies, milestones, automations, and QA (no past-dated tasks, no missing owners, no broken dependencies). • Run the day-to-day operating rhythm: status checks, follow-ups, risk tracking, and decision capture, keeping momentum without micromanaging. • Coordinate reviews and revisions (expert review, copy edit, approvals), ensuring feedback is captured, implemented, and tracked through final sign-off. • Partner tightly with Creative: ensure design handoffs are complete (inputs, copy, promo concepts), track design delivery, and confirm assets meet brand and web requirements. • Coordinate handoffs to Marketing Ops/Web (MOPS): ensure they receive what they need when they need it, and track the work through publish readiness. • Maintain stakeholder visibility: provide a simplified campaign status view (e.g., spreadsheet or dashboard) that translates Asana complexity into clear, plain-language status. • Continuously improve processes: identify friction points (permissions, storage, reporting, templates), propose fixes, and implement agreed changes. • Apply documented workflows across asset types (anchor, supporting, video, interactive) without reminders.

• Own execution and performance of multiple ground-up commercial solar and storage projects with internal and external dependencies. • Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks impacting schedule, budget, safety, or quality; capture and report lessons learned. • Hold subcontractors accountable to schedule, scope, cost controls, and rigorous safety standards. • Manage subcontractor billing, invoice processing, and related accounting entries with accuracy and timeliness. • Identify, negotiate, and manage scope changes; provide clear, consistent project status reporting to customers, leadership, and governance stakeholders. • Anticipate operational and tactical risks, remove barriers, resolve issues at the appropriate level, and escalate when required. • Develop, document, and continuously improve project management processes, best practices, work instructions, and construction communication standards. • Lead KPI reporting, performance metrics tracking, competitive benchmarking, and operational initiatives (e.g., milestones, timelines, general SLAs). • Develop and maintain corporate process policies that align with operational, audit, and financial control requirements. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
