Role Description We’re looking for an experienced UKG Project Manager to join our team and drive successful UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) project implementations. This is a fully remote position based in Australia. A Project Manager will manage and lead Workforce Management (WFM) project phases on client projects and be the key Axsium interface to the customer. Responsibilities include: - Managing all resources supplied by Axsium to build a solid customer relationship. - Ensuring the successful completion of projects in an efficient, cost-effective, and quality manner. Qualifications - Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose alternative solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Comfortable selling ideas to client’s project team through discussion and presentation. - Works well as part of a team or on their own with minimal supervision. - Deadline driven, confident, open to taking initiative, ability to multi-task. - 5+ years of consulting and project management experience in the WFM field. - 5+ years of workforce management experience developing and executing on workforce management. - 5+ years of experience working with workforce management technologies including but not limited to labor forecasting, schedule optimization, time keeping, budgeting, and task management. - Experience working with UKG PRO WFM and/or Workforce Management Software vendors. - Experience working with remote teams. - University or College degree. • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementation projects. • Own project governance, scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance. • Serve as the executive-level partner for global clients, leading steering committees and strategic communications. • Direct cross-functional consulting teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring delivery excellence and PMO compliance. • Partner with Sales and Account Management to support customer growth and long-term relationships. • Mentor Project Managers and help evolve delivery best practices across the organization.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile). • Promote adoption and provide support to ensure projects are successful. • Ensure projects are aligned with Ânima's strategy and deliver value. • Monitor the project lifecycle through status reports, cost tracking, variance measurement and scope analysis. • Ensure value delivery and on-time delivery for projects involving the PMO. • Maintain the cadence of reports and measurement of benefit metrics. • Support the project manager in maximizing generated value while maintaining schedules and follow-ups. • Facilitate alignment among involved stakeholders. • Assist with the project methodology, promoting analysis and continuous improvement. • Generate metrics and measure results. • Keep control tools up to date. • Support the team to improve productivity and quality. • Participate in technical and business discussions that impact the project. • Identify work methods appropriate for each project.

• Support regional liquidity management, including preparing and monitoring cash reports and bank positions. • Conduct analyses of cash flows, bank balances, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and regional visibility. • Maintain and review financial databases, ensuring consistency, integrity and data quality. • Participate in treasury projects, transformation and process automation initiatives, contributing analyses, testing and implementation of improvements. • Support payment governance, bank controls and tasks related to regional approvals. • Prepare management reports and support development of KPIs for decision-making. • Collaborate with internal teams and offices across the LATAM region to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
