The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Gasboy and customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project experiences. - Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and achievable. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and providing status updates. - Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize impact to project schedules. - Monitor project progress against defined milestones and metrics; take corrective action when performance deviates from plan. - Ensure quality standards are met throughout project implementation; conduct quality reviews and manage any issues that arise. - Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect customer feedback to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. - Support customer training and change management initiatives to promote successful adoption of Gasboy solutions.
