Role Description We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative/Accounting Support who will resolve customers' queries and complaints by recommending solutions and assisting customers with issues when using company products and services. The CSR facilitates the relationship between the company and its guests by processing orders and assisting with account questions, billing, and cancellations. This role also includes light accounting responsibilities, primarily focused on billing accuracy and payment-related recordkeeping, so a candidate who is detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers will do well here.
