• Lead, coach, and inspire a talented team of instructional designers and trainers to achieve their full potential • Oversee the development and delivery of impactful training programs, learning modules, and customer enablement content for Realtime customers and employees • Responsible for Learning Management System and Customer Community software implementations, post-implementation maintenance, and ongoing management of these critical systems • Build and implement revenue-generating training programs, including advanced learning modules, specialized workshops, and targeted educational offerings • Establish and manage the overall Learning & Development budget, aligning expenditures with organizational goals and ensuring cost-effective operations • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams, to ensure educational programs align with business goals and customer needs • Coordinate the design and delivery of comprehensive training solutions for diverse audiences, utilizing virtual sessions, eLearning, and blended learning approaches to maximize engagement and effectiveness • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer certification program that ensures thorough training, skill validation, and industry-recognized credentials • Ensure the production of high-quality content that reflects best practices in adult learning and focuses on customer success • Proactively engage with clients to ensure their training needs are fully met, and their feedback is continuously integrated into the corporate learning and development strategy to drive improvement • Create comprehensive onboarding training for RealTime new hires, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of the RealTime suite of products • Develop scalable education offerings, such as live workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, and certification programs • Stay current with industry trends in learning technologies and methodologies, particularly in the SaaS and software training sectors • Create and execute a strategic vision for the customer learning experience, enhancing both new user onboarding and ongoing education • Promote Learning & Development initiatives both internally and externally to establish RealTime as a technology leader • Monitor, assess, and continuously improve the impact of training programs to ensure they meet evolving customers and business needs • Drive customer lifetime value and Net Revenue Retention growth through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores • Design a scalable process to support and engage with a rapidly growing customer base • Establish a system for tracking and forecasting operational metrics for the Customer Success team, measure effectiveness, and optimize across all stages of the customer success journey • Responsible for continuous improvement of the customer success journey • Develop executive-level relationships with our key customers • Deliver meaningful strategic and tactical recommendations to executive leadership on customer trends and health
Job Requirements
- Learning and development professional with at least 10 years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in a senior L&D leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive background in instructional design, training, and implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) within a SaaS environment, including ongoing system management
- Direct experience driving strategic learning initiatives from concept through to execution, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring teams of learning professionals, fostering collaboration, and guiding the development of effective learning programs for diverse audiences
- Experience managing a P&L statement, including budgeting and forecasting
- Committed to delivering high levels of client service
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and flexibility while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
