• Assists with the development, scaling, improvement, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions supporting Peak Health operations. • Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise to create data driven solutions. • Partners with product, operations, medical management, and provider contracting teams to understand & anticipate reporting requirements, priorities, and key performance indicators. • Supports key business stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights using appropriate analytical solutions. • Produces repeatable and ad-hoc reports for key business stakeholders to measure and interpret business trends. • Participates in a variety of assigned operations initiatives to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. • Collects report requirements – interviews and researches business stakeholder needs; drafts, edits and validates requirement documentation. • Provides input on project plans, scope of work, status, and project summary reports. • Communicates results of analysis effectively and regularly to business stakeholders. • Other duties as assigned.

• Create templates, automation workflows, status reports, and system configurations. • Build scalable, flexible data models to support reporting and business intelligence initiatives. • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. • Create insightful dashboards, data visualizations, and compelling data views using BI tools. • Develop analytics and reporting solutions to monitor the long-term RF and video performance of hybrid terrestrial and Ku-band satellite delivery systems. • Analyze RF and video performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. • Utilize monitoring and analytics platforms such as Dataminer, Qligent, or similar tools to support operational performance and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a professional and concise manner. • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and working independently.

• Desenvolver e manter processos de ETL/ELT para integração de dados provenientes de diferentes sistemas. • Estruturar bases analíticas para consumo em Power BI e outras ferramentas de Analytics. • Desenvolver modelos de dados escaláveis, performáticos e de fácil manutenção. • Criar dashboards executivos, indicadores e frameworks de KPIs. • Trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados, relacionamentos complexos e otimização de performance. • Desenvolver transformações utilizando SQL, Power Query e Python quando necessário. • Documentar processos, regras de negócio, fluxos de dados e modelos analíticos. • Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares em projetos estratégicos de Analytics e Business Intelligence.
