We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will act as a senior Individual Contributor (IC) and module lead, providing technical guidance and mentoring a small pod of 2-3 engineers. You will design low-to-medium complexity features, consistently deliver high-quality code, and help ensure your team stays on track. The ideal candidate has deep experience in building robust microservices with Golang, managing cloud-scale data, orchestrating workflows with Temporal, and implementing proactive SRE observability principles. Responsibilities - Deliver efficient, maintainable, robust GO based microservices. - Produce designs and rough estimates, and implement features based on product requirements. - Collaborate with peers on designs, code reviews, and testing. - Produce unit and end-to-end tests to improve code quality and maximize code coverage for new and existing features. - Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to continuously refine and improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
