Hupo

We are an AI-native start-up building sales enablement products in the banking, financial services, and insurance industry; already trusted by dozens of enterprise customers (including Fortune 500 companies).

Role Description As Hupo scales — more clients, more markets (APAC, EMEA, Americas), more events, more sales activity — the volume and visibility of design work has grown well beyond what can be handled informally. This person becomes the primary owner of Hupo's marketing and sales-facing design output: - Sales decks - Investor presentations - Event activations - Video content Their work sits directly in front of Fortune 500 clients and on the floor of major industry conferences, so the quality and consistency of what they produce directly affects how enterprise clients and prospects perceive Hupo. Hupo will also undergo a brand refresh, so this person will additionally take ownership of applying the new brand identity consistently and correctly from day one, across every asset the company produces. Product UI/UX is also a major brand touchpoint, and this role will work closely with product design to keep the brand consistent across both surfaces. Qualifications - 3–4 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B, startup, or agency environment. - Proficient in design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar. - Strong layout and typography fundamentals, with an eye for what works in both print and digital contexts. - Comfortable with video editing tools: Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. Requirements - Be independently producing sales collateral, decks, social media artworks, and event materials to a high standard, with minimal oversight needed. - Have fully absorbed Hupo's new brand identity and be applying it consistently across everything you touch. - Be trusted to own event and conference collateral end-to-end, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Commercial Director throughout. - Continuously adapt and expand impact as priorities shift. - Take ownership of new problems as they emerge. - Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Commercial Director to ensure design output stays aligned with business needs.
