Stratasys
• Responsible for assisting customers and their Stratasys printers • Installations, general maintenance, upgrades, preventative maintenance and customer training • Build ongoing customer relationships • Traveling regularly to customer sites and working remotely • Be the face of Stratasys
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year in a field service/representative role
- 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
- Reliable personal vehicle (no motorcycles/bicycles) with space for tools and equipment
- 2-year Technical Degree (Nice to Have)
- Additional year of mechanical/electrical experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM (Nice to Have)
- Remote work experience (Nice to Have)
- Strong customer-facing skills (Nice to Have)
