• You manage a dedicated portfolio of small and medium-sized existing customers and act as their central point of contact for all questions regarding the software solutions in use. • Together with your customers, you analyze their existing software landscape as part of product transitions. • You assess future requirements and develop appropriate migration and upgrade strategies. • Through tailored consulting you develop upgrade and migration concepts and provide advisory support during the switch to new systems. • You analyze your customers' existing software landscape, derive suitable solution recommendations and identify opportunities for complementary products and further developments. • You systematically expand existing customer relationships and develop measures to renew expiring subscriptions. • You create forecasts, schedule follow-ups and coordinate your customer activities so that upcoming renewals, advisory meetings and follow-up tasks are implemented on time. • You represent the company at customer events, trade shows and other events, maintain existing contacts and continuously expand your network.

Job Requirements

  • You have professional experience in B2B sales, Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, enable you to communicate confidently with various stakeholders.
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and retain an overview even when handling multiple concurrent topics.
  • Your working style is characterized by solution orientation and reliability as well as initiative, independent decision-making and proactive action.
  • You enjoy working in a team and value a trust-based collaboration.
  • Ideally, you have completed commercial training or a business-related degree.
  • You have experience in the engineering or CAD/EDA environment and have worked with the corresponding software solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics helps you document and manage even complex processes efficiently.

Role Description The Content Acquisition Manager role is part of the Content & Acquisitions team within Team17.
