• Research, write, and edit technical content, ensuring it is clear, concise, and user-friendly. • Drive documentation quality and consistency across multiple products and documentation properties. • Lead complex documentation initiatives that require coordination across Product, Engineering, Support, and other stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, tooling, workflows, and information architecture. • Act as a trusted subject matter expert and documentation partner for cross-functional teams. • Share expertise, establish best practices, and help improve team effectiveness through knowledge sharing and process improvements. • Demonstrate strong ownership, judgment, and autonomy when navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving product requirements. • Contribute to the long-term scalability and maintainability of documentation systems and standards.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years + of experience in technical documentation for customers, developers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information.
  • Experience with Docusaurus, GitLab repositories, and Jira
  • Proficient in Git workflows (branching, merging, conflict resolution)
  • API documentation (REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger)
  • Strong Markdown and MDX authoring skills
  • Documentation versioning and docs-as-code practices
  • Familiar with Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
