• Provide comprehensive support to the Field Sales team in both retail and AFH channels, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and operational excellence. • Coordinate, analyse, and report on field sales performance to drive actionable insights that enhance team efficiency and commercial results. • Support the Field Sales team by coordinating daily operations, enabling effective communication across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other functions, and ensuring smooth execution of field activities. • Analyse and interpret large volumes of sales and retail data, producing actionable insights, business reviews, and stakeholder-specific reports to support decision-making and performance improvement. • Manage and maintain sales systems, databases, promotional plans, assortments, routes, and store information, while acting as the primary contact for sales tools and technical support. • Partner with Key Account Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Representatives to evaluate promotional execution, point-of-sale materials, stock availability, and category management targets, identifying opportunities to maximise sales performance. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through ad hoc analyses, root cause investigations, sales force incentive tracking, IT adoption support, and recognition of high-performing sales representatives through best-practice sharing.

• Implement and quality-check online conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and other paid media platforms • Set up and maintain offline conversion tracking using CRM integrations, CSV uploads, and API-based data pipelines • Build, configure, and maintain Google Tag Manager containers, custom triggers, variables, and Consent Mode implementations • Troubleshoot tracking issues and resolve data discrepancies across platforms • Validate tracking accuracy before project handoff • Collaborate with paid media and account management teams to ensure reliable campaign measurement
