• Manage day-to-day operations within your area, supporting the Director of Operations to keep workflows, resources and projects on track and aligned to team goals. • Track and report on operational KPIs against targets set with the Director, flagging performance gaps and helping put corrective action in place. • Help manage operational budgets and tools, keeping an eye on spend and making sure we get good value from our systems and vendors. • Support the rollout and adoption of AI and automation tools across the team, providing the guides, training and hands-on help people need to use them confidently. • Help identify and prioritize practical AI use cases tied to clear outcomes - reducing manual effort, improving consistency and saving time or cost. • Take promising experiments through to reliable, repeatable use cases: gathering requirements, validating outputs, supporting rollout, and maintaining, updating and improving the tools once they’re live. • Deliver early, practical “quick wins” in the first few months, then help establish simple routines for monitoring and improving the solutions in use. • Keep live AI tools fed with accurate, current information so they stay reliable and trusted by the people using them. • Map and improve core operational processes, spotting bottlenecks where automation or AI could replace manual administration and sharing recommendations with the Director. • Help maintain and improve core systems (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot CRM, Jira), and flag integration gaps or usability issues in the tech stack. • Document processes, tools and standard operating procedures so that knowledge is captured, repeatable and easy for the team to follow. • Gather data needs from teams across the business and turn them into clear reports, dashboards and useful insights. • Run regular audits of key business data to ensure accuracy, and work with teams to find and resolve sources of variance. • Help prepare monthly and quarterly analytics for the Director and senior leadership, explaining findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Work closely with the Director of Operations and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Product to keep work coordinated across teams. • Bring structure, timelines and follow-through to operational projects so they stay on track. • Mentor and support junior team members, and provide documentation, support and training for internal users. • Follow and help maintain responsible-use, data privacy and quality controls for AI and automation, so the tools we use stay safe and trustworthy. • Support compliance with applicable data privacy regulations and partner with the Tech team on security where needed. • Flag operational risks early, and perform other duties as assigned to support projects and departmental needs.

• Own client configuration and deployment of Emiri (AI solution) • Understand and support Emiri’s configuration dependencies, including prompt templates and setup requirements • Design UI mockups or flow diagrams and translate feedback into actionable stories or bug reports for the development team • Document and maintain guidance around configuration processes, tips, and “how-to” documentation for internal use • Collaborate with client success and client teams to support their understanding of configuration needs and guiding them in effective prompting • Drive root cause analysis of issues to surface opportunities to improve scalability and user friendliness of the configuration tool • Coach commercial teams on the configuration and functionality of Liquid AI; support key client meetings and demos • Test new enhancements or fixes prior to release to ensure quality and expected behavior

Role Description The AI Workflow Design Manager will design the procedures, instructions, decision logic, and review experiences that power Audit Sight’s financial due diligence platform. - Work at the intersection of financial due diligence, accounting, artificial intelligence, and product design. - Redesign procedures traditionally performed through spreadsheets, data-room review, and manual analysis into repeatable workflows. Responsibilities - Design Financial Due Diligence Workflows - Break down financial due diligence procedures into clear steps, inputs, calculations, decision points, outputs, and review requirements. - Design workflows for areas such as quality of earnings, revenue, payroll, working capital, customer concentration, operating expenses, debt, and other transaction-related analyses. - Define the documents and data required to complete each procedure. - Create standardized request lists tied to individual procedures. - Identify which parts of a procedure should be completed through deterministic software, AI analysis, or professional judgment. - Develop AI Agent Instructions - Write and refine system prompts, workflow instructions, data-extraction requirements, and output specifications for AI agents. - Define how agents should distinguish verified facts, calculations, assumptions, hypotheses, exceptions, and unresolved questions. - Establish source-traceability requirements so every material output can be tied back to the underlying document, dataset, or calculation. - Design guardrails that prevent unsupported conclusions and require the system to disclose missing or conflicting information. - Test AI outputs across different companies, industries, data structures, and accounting systems. - Build Reviewable and Defensible Outputs - Define the workpapers, findings, schedules, and summaries produced by each workflow. - Ensure AI-generated analyses are easy for transaction advisory professionals to review, challenge, edit, and approve. - Design workflows that preserve an audit trail of source documents, calculations, assumptions, reviewer changes, and final conclusions. - Establish clear escalation rules for matters requiring professional judgment or additional client information. - Help develop consistent standards for what constitutes a complete and supportable diligence finding. - Partner with Product and Engineering - Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and financial diligence professionals. - Translate practitioner requirements into detailed product and workflow specifications. - Review prototypes and provide feedback on usability, calculation logic, workflow sequencing, and professional relevance. - Help prioritize new procedures and product capabilities based on customer needs and implementation complexity. - Participate in customer discovery sessions and convert practitioner feedback into product improvements. - Validate and Improve the System - Create test cases and expected results for new workflows. - Evaluate workflow performance for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and usefulness. - Identify recurring AI failure modes and improve prompts, instructions, validation rules, or product controls. - Compare system-generated analyses with manually prepared diligence workpapers. - Continuously improve procedures based on customer feedback, emerging AI capabilities, and changes in diligence practices. Qualifications - Three or more years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, quality of earnings, audit, or a closely related accounting discipline. - Strong understanding of financial statements, general ledger data, trial balances, and transaction-level accounting information. - Experience performing or reviewing financial analyses in Excel. - Ability to document complex accounting procedures in a clear, structured, and repeatable manner. - Strong professional judgment and an ability to identify when a conclusion is or is not sufficiently supported. - Excellent written communication skills. - Interest in applying artificial intelligence and automation to professional accounting workflows. - Ability to work across accounting, product, design, and engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications - Experience at a public accounting, transaction advisory, private equity, or financial diligence firm. - CPA designation or progress toward a CPA. - Experience preparing or reviewing quality-of-earnings reports. - Familiarity with data rooms, request lists, management meetings, and diligence report preparation. - Experience designing prompts, testing large language models, or implementing AI-enabled workflows. - Experience with SQL, Python, data analytics, or business intelligence tools is helpful but not required. - Experience developing standardized methodologies, templates, or internal firm guidance.
