• Lead development efforts for key DHI Information Technology software applications and frameworks • Serve as a technical leader for the DHI Information Technology Online Scrum Team • Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and support secure enterprise applications • Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to define technical direction • Maintain and enhance end-to-end continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines • Research, evaluate, and recommend technologies

Projetar e implementar pipelines CI/CD robustos, integrando múltiplos serviços e garantindo deploys seguros. • Participar ativamente do design de APIs críticas, definindo padrões de autenticação, versionamento e tratamento de erros. • Colaborar na definição de práticas de segurança em aplicações e APIs do backend, disseminando guidelines para a equipe. • Identificar e resolver gargalos arquiteturais críticos, promovendo manutenibilidade e resiliência em sistemas distribuídos.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build features and improvements • Extend our API and back-end systems • Interface directly with our PostgreSQL cluster • Add to and improve our testing environment • Solve challenges in architecture, security, anti-fraud, performance, scalability, personalization, optimization, payments and more • Be a helpful and supportive presence on the team, contributing to code reviews and other team processes • Keep up with the latest development trends in server-side technologies • Mentor and sponsor other engineers in your areas of expertise • Coordinate and communicate seamlessly across other technical and product teams • Be part of an on-call rotation • Use LLMs, when appropriate, to improve the product and development workflows

• Build integrations with healthcare and financial systems • Automate end-to-end data ingestion and delivery pipelines, with a strong focus on observability and data quality • Build GenAI features and chat to solve real problems and build user confidence, backed by rigorous evaluation loops and guardrails • Design high-throughput, low-latency systems where performance is a mission-critical requirement • Be the glue between our PhD-level Data Scientists and Front-end Engineers, taking raw outputs and building the APIs that drive a full, impactful product
