• Direct partner contract creation and management , using approved templates and commercial pricing guidelines to compile 20–30 highly accurate customer agreements daily. • Own the post-execution contract lifecycle , systematically downloading, organizing, and archiving signed legal agreements within secure Google Drive repositories. • Execute high-velocity deal closure workflows within HubSpot and Airtable, ensuring all required operational fields are populated and validated. • Maintain complete system data integrity across integrated platforms, including HubSpot, StreetSmart, Airtable, and active partner networks. • Drive strict processing turnaround SLAs , managing 10–15 new deals daily, processing standard contract requests within 2 business hours, and routing sprint deals end-to-end within 15 minutes. • Deliver targeted technical platform support , guiding customer administrators through platform onboarding, framework selections, and company size configurations. • Administer tenant user access permissions , managing administrative configurations and initiating user invitations inside Vanta platform instances. • Perform systematic database audits and data hygiene checks , conducting weekly reviews to prevent duplicate records and isolate unassociated company contacts.
Job Requirements
- Proven customer operations coordinator – Bring 2+ years of dedicated experience in customer operations, deal desk administration, or a technical support environment.
- Proficient HubSpot CRM operator – Highly comfortable navigating pipeline architectures, updating custom deal properties, and maintaining clean CRM records.
- Hands-on Vanta platform specialist – Direct, practical experience managing configurations, tenant onboarding, framework mapping, and user permissions within the Vanta ecosystem (required).
- Advanced data and asset manager – Exceptionally skilled in leveraging Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) to structure, audit, and secure critical business documentation.
- Uncompromising quality guardian – Exceptional attention to detail with an unyielding commitment to maintaining a 98%+ data accuracy rate across multiple disparate platforms.
- Commercial contract navigator – Fluent in GTM terminology, SaaS business models, subscription lifecycles, and standard sales contract structures.
