Fall Internship – Training & Development

Sourcebooks

• Support our learning and HR initiatives • Work closely with the Director of Training & Development on projects • Help Sourcebooks employees learn, grow, and do their best work • Assist with recruitment tasks including interview scheduling and candidate communication • Provide general administrative support across the HR function

Job Requirements

  • Must be a current college student (sophomore, junior, senior) or recent graduate
  • Able to commit to 21 hours/week for the full program duration (9/14 – 11/21/26)
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must reside in one of the following states for the duration of the internship: Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in Learning & Development, instructional design, or organizational development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail, especially in content creation and data tracking
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others learn and grow
  • Comfort with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and learning platforms (or willingness to learn)
