Windows Application Support Engineer

• Provide technical support for Windows-based applications in production environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve application, operating system, and infrastructure issues. • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks. • Support Windows Server and Windows desktop environments. • Participate in desktop and application migration projects. • Validate application functionality after migrations or deployments. • Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions. • Coordinate with Project Managers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Windows Application Support, Windows Administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience supporting Windows Server and/or Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Basic project coordination or project management experience.
