Job Description

Senior Software Engineer

Cprime, Inc

• Help clients improve business systems using the Atlassian suite by helping them migrate from 3rd party tools to Atlassian applications using best practices and recommendations. • Work with clients in planning for Atlassian migrations, implementing the Atlassian migrations, and troubleshooting post-Atlassian implementation issues. • Assess the clients current systems by gathering client requirements and assessing the current applications usage. • Research possible migration paths and make proposals to clients for migrations. • Consult on, develop and implement infrastructure for new products deployments where it is required for the project. • Collaborate with a Systems Architect on application and data configurations. • Develop custom tools and scripts to facilitate data migration processes. • Consolidate Atlassian applications/environments. Configure Atlassian Access as well as external authentication platforms such as Azure, AD, LDAP, Okta, OneLogin, Google Workspace and other. • Research migration solutions from non-Atlassian platforms as Rally, Zendesk, ServiceNow and others. • Execute test and production migrations and make necessary process adjustments. • Troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation. • During implementation and post-implementation, lead transformation workshops and new platform trainings. • Provide post-implementation support by resolving issues that arise. • Provide support to clients' end-users by conducting assessments and implementing solutions. • Conduct an ongoing analysis of the new post-migration environment and compile a report on problems and their possible solutions. • Provide administrative support to clients by working with project stakeholders to support their day-to-day operations. • Provide consultation on application functionalities and possible improvements. • Execute application and platform configuration changes on client requests. • Occasional travel of up to 40% to client locations throughout the U.S.

Job Requirements

  • Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Related Field and five (5) years of experience.
  • The aforementioned five (5) years of experience must be progressively responsible.
  • Requires five (5) years of experience in: Atlassian Cloud, Azure, AWS, Groovy, Python, SQL. Occasional travel of up to 40% to client locations throughout the U.S.
