• Provide ongoing functional support to Acumatica clients in support of the Crestwood Support Team • Work independently to accomplish implementation tasks and collaborate effectively with implementation team to meet the client’s business needs and expectations. • Prioritize and plan individual calendar and schedules, coordinating client and Crestwood facing meetings/calls. • Serve as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst for the purpose of solution implementations and issue resolution • Implement multiple suites of modules within the current Acumatica software solution with a strong working knowledge and experience in the appropriate business modules, this includes: Financials and Construction (mandatory), Field Service, Payroll, Project • Execute end to end project implementation involvement from client introductions, kick off, training, configuration workshops, data migrations, acceptance testing, go live preparations, and go live support • Maintain weekly project documentation and time/expense entries for project management and invoice processing. • Obtain appropriate 3rd party certifications as deemed appropriate • Become certified and expert on the assigned software systems assigned. This would include any software publisher required certifications that may be necessary to promote a publisher’s product. • Update appropriate Crestwood crew members of system capabilities as they may be pre-released by the software publishers when available • Continuously invest time to improve professional skills via books, seminars, training sessions, etc. as may be suggested by your manager or as you find on your own. • Participate in team meetings and lunch and learn sessions by preparing and sharing publisher product releases and new feature sets, tips and tricks, support and bug resolution, and recent implementation walk throughs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of Acumatica software experience
- 7+ years software implementation experience in various ERP software solutions

• Teach teachers how to administer and score literacy/math assessments, use data to place students effectively in small groups, and write an instructional focus for each small group. • Train teachers in how to select appropriate instructional materials, provide differentiated intervention instruction, and progress monitor students. • Develop close relationships with reading coaches, teachers, and administrators at client schools. • Provide targeted technical assistance to coaches and teachers in the area of reading and math instruction, use of assessment instruments, distinction between core (Tier1) and small-group intervention instruction (Tier 2 and 3), and instructional intervention techniques. • Advise and train clients in the use of our published programs and providing ongoing support in their implementation of best practices. • Report client progress and engagement information to department manager and other consultants. • Assist in the development of new products and presentation materials and participate in company meetings and training. • Provide leadership with other projects and tasks as assigned.
