Role Description Lead the design, implementation, and management of Oracle HCM Cloud security architecture across modules such as: - Core HR - Payroll - Recruiting - Talent Management - Learning - Benefits - Absence Management - Time & Labor - Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, security configurations, and end-to-end testing. - Configure and maintain custom job/data roles, security profiles (including SQL-based), auto provisioning rules, HCM Design Studio personalization, and page-level security using EL expressions. - Provide technical and functional support for P2T activities, HDL user management, BI/OTBI security, security audit reports, and production security cutovers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Payroll, and Compliance to ensure secure, scalable, and audit-compliant HCM Cloud deployments. - Develop and maintain security documentation, training materials, and support handover guides for internal and external stakeholders. - Lead troubleshooting of security and payroll escalations and support quarterly release management activities. - Maintain and enhance data privacy and SOX compliance via regular audits and security best practices. - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor for Oracle HCM Cloud Security topics across project teams. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in HCM Cloud implementations, with at least 5 years in a security-focused role. - Deep hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Security Console, role and profile configuration, and HCM Design Studio. - Strong working knowledge of HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher/OTBI, Alerts Composer, and integration with tools such as ADP, HireRight, and LinkedIn. - Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end HCM cloud security architecture and migrations across multiple pods. - Proven ability to resolve complex payroll and security issues, including post-go-live production support. - Experience working with clients across industries including healthcare, energy, federal, and global corporations. - Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams. - Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred. Requirements - Experience with global rollouts and localization (Netherlands, India, etc.) - Background in PeopleSoft HCM and prior involvement in large-scale HR system consolidation projects. - Experience creating training materials and presenting at industry conferences like Oracle OpenWorld or Collaborate.

Role Description We are seeking a Multi-Cloud Architect to design strategies, reference architectures, and platform capabilities that span multiple cloud providers — AWS, Azure, GCP, and selectively OCI — for enterprises operating on more than one cloud by deliberate choice. The role focuses on portability, abstraction layers, federated identity, cross-cloud networking, and platform offerings that hide cloud-specific complexity from product teams. The ideal candidate has architected meaningful multi-cloud capabilities, understands the trade-offs between portability and cloud-native depth, and brings strong opinions grounded in production experience. Key Responsibilities - Define multi-cloud strategy, target-state architecture, and adoption guardrails across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI as relevant. - Design federated identity, SSO, and cross-cloud authorization patterns that let workloads and engineers move between providers without compromising on least-privilege, auditability, or operational simplicity. - Architect cross-cloud networking including transit hubs, private connectivity, and zero-trust patterns. - Establish reusable infrastructure-as-code patterns that abstract cloud-specific implementations where appropriate. - Define container, Kubernetes, and serverless strategies that work consistently across providers. - Design data architecture strategies for cross-cloud data movement, residency, and analytics. - Drive multi-cloud observability, security monitoring, and unified policy enforcement, designing approaches that work consistently across providers and avoid the complexity of fragmented per-cloud tooling stacks. - Establish FinOps practices that operate consistently across multiple cloud providers. - Lead disaster recovery and business continuity strategies that span clouds. - Partner with security architects on multi-cloud security models, KMS strategies, and key management. - Provide guidance to engineering teams on when to use cloud-agnostic versus cloud-native patterns. - Produce high-quality architecture artifacts — context diagrams, sequence diagrams, decision records, and reference designs — that capture key technical decisions clearly enough to be understood months or years later. - Engage with cloud providers and partners to evaluate roadmap alignment. - Stay current with multi-cloud platform and tooling developments, regularly review release notes and community discussions, and translate noteworthy advances into concrete recommendations and adoption proposals for the team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Eight or more years of experience in cloud architecture roles. - Hands-on architecture experience across at least two major cloud providers. - Deep understanding of cloud networking, identity, and security across multiple providers. - Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code across clouds. - Experience designing federated identity and SSO across cloud platforms. - Solid understanding of Kubernetes, container platforms, and managed cloud services. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Multiple cloud certifications across providers. - Track record of leading multi-cloud architecture initiatives. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with abstraction platforms (Crossplane, Pulumi, Terraform CDK). - Familiarity with cloud-agnostic observability platforms. - Experience driving large-scale cloud-to-cloud migrations. - Exposure to regulated industries with multi-cloud mandates. - Public talks or writing on multi-cloud architecture.
