Compliance Program Manager – Government-Managed Healthcare Regulations
Liberty Dental Plan
• Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory and contractual requirements affecting Liberty Dental Plan’s business lines • Monitor, track, and maintain a repository of regulatory requirements, summarizing key updates for leadership • Collaborate with internal departments to implement new contract and regulatory requirements • Research and advise on ad hoc compliance-related inquiries • Respond to client and regulatory audits, including managing corrective action plans • Review agreements, policies, and member-facing materials to ensure compliance with applicable requirements • Oversee Liberty Dental Plan’s annual risk assessment, compliance workplan, and testing program • Analyze compliance findings, identify trends, and provide performance improvement recommendations • Develop and maintain compliance reporting tools, including dashboards and tracking summaries • Lead compliance-related initiatives and special projects, supporting process improvements • Ensure compliance training materials are updated and coordinate enterprise-wide training • Support the HIPAA compliance program, including incident management • Coordinate Compliance Committee meetings and prepare reports for the Board of Directors • Identify opportunities to strengthen Liberty Dental Plan’s culture of compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience with relevant certifications)
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance roles
- At least 5 years of hands-on HIPAA privacy compliance experience, including implementing and managing HIPAA privacy programs
- Experience in government-managed or regulated healthcare preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience compiling, analyzing, and organizing regulatory data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, macros, external data connections preferred)
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Role Description CIMT College is looking for someone to teach the Personal Support Worker bridging program. This program is registered with the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. The successful candidate would be required to follow CIMT College’s policies and procedures. Courseware, resources, evaluations, and daily lesson plans are provided in an Instructor Manual. The Instructor is responsible for following the provided instructor manuals and using the resource materials to train students with the required knowledge and skills to prepare them for employment in the field. CIMT College places a premium on professional conduct, combined with excellence in classroom instruction, with primary emphasis on hands-on training. Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9:30am to 2:30pm - Online.
