Associate Director, Digital Website & Technology Lead – Mobility
S&P Global
• Oversee the end-to-end operation of the S&P Global Mobility website on Adobe AEM Edge Delivery Services, including site structure, components, performance, accessibility, and release management. • Manage and maintain integrations between the website and key marketing and product technologies such as Marketo, Woopra analytics, Cvent, ON24, and product data/application systems to ensure reliable data flow and system stability. • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement of user behavior, engagement, and conversions, collaborating with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to support reporting, attribution, and funnel visibility. • Act as the primary technical web partner for Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Product teams, translating business requirements into scalable web and platform solutions. • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for development, migration, optimization, and ongoing platform enhancements. • Establish and maintain standards, documentation, and governance for site builds, integrations, quality assurance, and release management to support long-term scalability and stability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Over five years of experience managing or owning enterprise websites and marketing technology platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe AEM, preferably Edge Delivery or Cloud.
- Proficient in Marketo, web analytics platforms such as Woopra or Google Analytics, and event technologies including ON24 and Cvent.
- Demonstrated experience managing integrations across CMS, analytics, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
- Skilled at collaborating with developers, agencies, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of web fundamentals, including performance, SEO, accessibility, security, and scalability.
