Role Description We are seeking for a highly motivated Application Consultant in the field of Image Guided Surgery (IGS) and surgical disciplines to support the Sales Team in Europe East. The position will be reporting directly to the Director Eastern Europe North. It will be a home office position located preferably in Bukarest, Romania. - Educate, train, provide on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital personnel - Perform new system installations - Effective communication with customers to understand problems and adequate troubleshooting of issues - Outstanding organizational and planning skills: task prioritization, effective time management - Initiate upgrade projects with existing Brainlab installations - Sell service contracts to existing Brainlab customers - Monitors and promotes customer usage of products - Conduct software updates - Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services Qualifications - Preferably you have completed studies in the field of Biomedical Engineering, have a technical degree or equivalent - Self-planning, organization and implementation of all service activities - Ability to work well in a team environment and individually - Positive mindset and hands-on mentality - Willing to travel extensively - Speak fluently English and Romanian - Necessary to possess a valid driving license Benefits - A mutually-supportive, international team - Meaningful work with a lasting impact on medical technology - Company car, cell phone, laptop - also for private use - Flexible working hours as well as homeoffice - Regular after work, team, and company events - Comprehensive training and continuing education opportunities
