Administrative Assistant (6-months contract) Singapore Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Hybrid Intro: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support corporate secretarial and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing documentation, maintaining statutory records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient administrative and client support services. Some of the things you’ll be doing: - Assist in providing full spectrum of corporate secretarial services to clients (including but not limited to preparation of resolutions and documents, bizfiling, updating of statutory registers) - Ensure statutory and compliance requirements are met - Updating and maintaining of minute book and statutory registers of clients as well as corporate secretarial database - Perform administration tasks (such billing and debts management, ongoing client due diligence review and onboarding process) - Handling and maintaining good rapport with different business stakeholders (such as clients, secondees, auditors, ACRA, intermediaries and our internal functions and colleagues in Bangalore) - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? - Preferrable with Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Law related disciplines and some experience in corporate secretarial work.
