Software Customer Success Manager

• Act as the primary advocate for Federal agencies. • Cultivate trust-based relationships with technical and command leadership. • Lead cross-functional internal teams to resolve client challenges quickly. • Manage a regional book of business with a focus on annual recurring revenue. • Translate public safety best practices into credible recommendations.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, Technical Certificate, Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of experience in Customer Advocacy, Sales, Engineering, Public Safety, or Project Management.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
- Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
