• Acquiring, expanding, and managing a portfolio of complex warehouse lines of credit • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients • Identifying new business opportunities and structuring tailored financing solutions • Collaborating with internal credit and operations teams • Conducting regular client reviews and managing concentration risks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • 7–10+ years of experience in corporate/commercial banking
  • 5+ years specializing in mortgage warehouse finance or mortgage secondary markets
  • Strong understanding of mortgage warehouse facilities
  • Proven track record of portfolio growth and new business development
  • Expertise in credit analysis and structuring complex deals
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a "drive to win" mentality
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
