• Analyze the creative performance of our email campaigns and Klaviyo flows (open rate, click rate, placed order rate). • Design and execute A/B tests on visuals, layouts, CTAs, and email structures. • Create and optimize responsive email templates for campaigns and automated flows. • Translate performance data into concrete, actionable creative recommendations. • Collaborate with the CRM team to align creative with the segmentation strategy. • Ensure visual consistency across 20+ markets and multiple languages.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in performance-oriented email design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Klaviyo or equivalent ESP.
  • Experience in creative A/B Testing (subject lines, layout, visual, and CTA testing).
  • Ability to read and interpret email performance metrics (OR, CTR, conversion).
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email integration.
  • Availability of 10-20 hours per week.

Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda. Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.

Role Description This is a pro-bono volunteer position. JerseySTEM provides free after school STEM classes to underserved middle school girls grade 5-8. Funding for these classes and other programs is largely derived from donations from Corporate sponsors. The Corporate Partnership Success Team Lead directs a team of 3-5 volunteers whose primary responsibility is the cultivation of long term relationships with Corporate Sponsors starting at the time of the Sponsor’s initial donation. Additional responsibilities include: - Public relations and editorial content development to support sponsor-specific and non-sponsor activities. - Recording financial and non-financial donations in SalesForce.com.
