This individual, under the guidance of their aligned leader, will function as a critical junction point among clients, external resources, internal technology teams, and executive leadership. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business management, tax, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering or application development experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation, consulting, technology project management, business solutions, or digital transformation, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex solutions, systems, or services. - Experience building, deploying, or managing enterprise applications, automation solutions, or AI-enabled business tools is strongly preferred. - Experience using large language models, including Claude or similar LLM platforms, to support business process automation, application development, workflow optimization, knowledge management, analytics, or decision support. Job Description The F35 Flight Test Manager role is responsible for leading activities for Flight Test and Flight Operations integration across the program, supporting development and upkeep of governance structure and reporting across the Flight Test & Flight Operations development organization to ensure compliance with business and contractual requirements.
