• Lead the global Energy Storage Controls engineering team • Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process end-to-end • Collaborate with Application Engineering, Product Engineering, and Product Leadership • Own controls, HMI (Human Machine Interface), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) engineering processes • Define and advance Verification and Validation (V&V) methods • Represent GE Vernova at industry events and within professional societies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field from an accredited institution
- Significant experience in control systems engineering
- Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems strongly preferred
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and grid codes relevant to energy storage
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and EGD (Ethernet Global Data)

Job Description The F35 Flight Test Manager role is responsible for leading activities for Flight Test and Flight Operations integration across the program, supporting development and upkeep of governance structure and reporting across the Flight Test & Flight Operations development organization to ensure compliance with business and contractual requirements. Based in Patuxent River, Maryland, USA this role is part of BAE Systems Inc, Air Force Solutions, Technical Solutions and Services business unit and will operate within the US framework. The role requires an element of business travel within the US and overseas, including deployments and detachment to remote work locations on land and at sea and will interface directly with Industry & Military partners and customers.
