Job Requirements

- Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
- Advanced knowledge in developing applications with Python

- Familiarity with AI and relevant terms (LLM, function calling, RAG, fine-tuning, and vector databases)
- Familiarity with orchestrators for automation development
- Knowledge of Help Desk systems (Zendesk or Zoho Desk), with a focus on automation integration
- Intermediate knowledge of web programming languages (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
- Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to support operations (NLP models, ticket analysis, automated classification, etc.)
- Experience in advanced orchestration with tools such as n8n, Airflow or Zapier
- Previous experience in high-availability (HA) environments, focusing on uptime and reliability of critical automations
- Basic knowledge of DevOps/SRE, including CI/CD, monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
- Knowledge of information security applied to automations, ensuring compliance and protection of sensitive data
- Intermediate to Advanced English
