Field Service Technician
Flow International
• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake equipment • Provide hands-on technical support both on-site and remotely • Train customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues • Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted technical partner • Support machine performance through routine maintenance and service excellence
Job Requirements
- Experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, Press Brake, or similar industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable traveling extensively and adapting to new environments
- Valid driver's license and passport required

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers in the field. • Install, maintain, and repair basic and intermediate Miltenyi equipment. • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance. • Conduct routine maintenance and perform repairs on equipment. • Identify and diagnose technical issues, providing effective solutions. • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns. • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and installation documents. • Work closely with other team members to address customer needs effectively. • Adhere to company standards and procedures for service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Travel domestically, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems.
